That experience spans laboratory work, quality supervision, leadership of eight accredited laboratories across two countries, OSHA recognition, document-control rebuilding, and hundreds of corrective actions.
The training platform grew from a specific concern: too many quality professionals are given just enough time and support to survive an audit, but never enough to understand the requirements deeply enough to build a genuinely strong system.
